Cities and their counties (districts), party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, schools, kindergartens, clubs, chess clubs and individual enthusiasts can form teams and invite players from Hong Kong and Macao to participate.
Intransitive verb competition:
Establish a children's group; Primary school group B (grade1-3); Primary school group A (grades 4-6); Middle school group; High school group; University group; Adult group; Individual competition and team competition (each group has men's and women's groups) The team results of each group are calculated by adding the best results of 4 male athletes and 2 female athletes in each group. If there are less than 4 men and 2 women, the team score will not be calculated.
Seven, to participate in:
(1) Each team can report to the team leader and coach.
(2) Qualification requirements of each group:
The children's group must be kindergarten students;
Group b of primary school must be students in grades one to three;
Primary school group A must be students in grades four to six;
The junior high school group must be junior high school students at school;
The high school group must be high school students;
University groups must be college students;
Adult group must be 18 years old or older.
(3) Please bring a valid certificate (the adult group holds a second-generation ID card, and the student group must issue a valid proof of attendance and attach a copy for the record), otherwise you cannot participate in the competition.
(4) Each participating unit must purchase the "personal accident insurance" for all participating athletes during the competition (including round trip) at its location, and submit the original insurance certificate to the General Assembly at the time of registration. If you don't provide insurance, you won't participate.
Eight, the competition method:
(1) Adopt the chess rules promulgated by the State Sports General Administration in 2007.
(2) There are 7 rounds of points arrangement competitions, two in the morning and two in the afternoon every day, with each side playing for 45 minutes (depending on the situation, the clock will be put halfway).
Nine, scoring method:
The winner of each game gets 2 points, the loser gets 0 points, and the draw gets 1 point. If the score is high, compare the opponent's score and the number of wins in turn.
X. Admission ranking and incentive measures:
(a) the top eight in each group (except adult women's group);
The top eight players in the adult men's team will be awarded prizes: champion: 1 10,000 yuan, runner-up: 3,000 yuan, runner-up: 2,000 yuan, fourth place: 1.500 yuan, fifth place: 1.200 yuan, and sixth place: 1.000 yuan.
The top three in the adult women's group will be awarded prizes, with the champion: 1000 yuan, the second runner-up: 800 yuan, and the third runner-up: 500 yuan.
The top eight students in the university group won laptops and related prizes according to the rankings.
The top eight students in senior high school, junior high school, primary school and children's group will be awarded certificates and prizes.

(3) Players who have won individual rankings can declare the amateur grade certificate of China Qi Xiang Association, and the standards will be announced separately.

(2) Please fill in the detailed reservation plan on the registration form.
(3) Please check the list on the conference website after registration. Late registration, absence or substitution after registration will result in a handling fee of 50 yuan per person.
(4) Each team reported on June 10 and June 14 (see the supplementary notice for details). A meeting of team leaders and coaches will be held at 20:00 in the evening. After the meeting, lots will be drawn and those who are absent will abstain.

Twelve. Source of funds:
(1) All participants must pay the registration fee: 100 yuan/person.
(2) All participants shall be responsible for their own expenses, and the accommodation and meals shall be arranged by the General Assembly. The charging standard is 180 yuan per person per day, and caries are collected for 3 days.
