4. Teachers' professional outlook
You can talk about your understanding of the unit or post to be tested and explain your strong desire to choose this unit or post. Candidates who used to have a work unit should explain clearly why they gave up their original jobs and made new career choices. You can also talk about how you will work dutifully if you are accepted, and constantly improve and develop yourself according to your own needs. Of course, these are closely related to your values and professional outlook. However, if you describe yourself as a "saint" who doesn't care about personal interests, the examiner's trust in your job-hunting motivation will be greatly reduced.
5, the grasp of time
Generally speaking, self-introduction should last three to five minutes. Time allocation can be flexibly grasped according to the situation. Generally speaking, the first part can take about two minutes, the second part can take about one minute and the third part can take 1 ~ 2 minutes. Good time allocation can highlight key points and leave a deep impression on people.
