Citizen literacy refers to the quality and morality of citizens, including the quality and cultivation of citizens. It covers citizens' morality, sentiment, words and deeds, cultural inheritance, professionalism and awareness of laws and regulations, social morality and self-discipline.
"Citizen quality" refers to the following aspects: 1. Knowledge of democracy. Second, mutual respect and tolerance. Third, maintain moderate rationality. Fourth, obey the majority and respect the minority. Autonomy and self-control. 6. Participate in public affairs.
The formation of citizens' quality is a gradual process, a process of social development, a dynamic process of adapting to and developing harmoniously with society in terms of attitude, knowledge and ability in the process of understanding and participating in society, rather than a process of legal compulsion.
