Competition groups include men's half marathon and women's half marathon. In order to ensure the safety of the contestants during the competition, the closing time of the competition route will be set according to the location of the kilometers, and the social traffic will be temporarily controlled by sections and time-sharing.
Closing time is calculated according to natural time. After the closing time, the time blanket at the corresponding kilometer stops working, and the corresponding road section resumes social traffic. Players who don't run to the corresponding kilometers must quit the track to avoid danger. Players who quit the track can take the bus at the nearest shelter along the way, or take public transport to the finish line to collect their clothes.
Precautions for participating in the marathon:
First, clean the running shoes for the competition. This pair of shoes should be the most comfortable, not the most beautiful.
Second, you can't trim your toenails, otherwise the tender meat protected by the original toenail shoe cover will be easily abraded and bled in the competition.
Third, pay attention to keep warm before the game. You can take a glove when it's cold. It is very important to keep your hands warm to save energy. You can also wipe your sweat when you are hot.
Fourth, you can apply some vaseline to the armpit, back neck, knee joint, elbow joint and other easily rubbed parts to avoid injury and keep warm.
5. Drink high-concentration glucose water 30 minutes before the game. Never eat sweets such as chocolate on the day of the game. When you eat game, your throat will get sticky. And don't drink other drinks. Drink white water when you are thirsty. Don't eat any food 30 minutes before the game.
