What is the interview process for civil servants? What exactly is it?

The interview forms of civil servants include structured, structured group, semi-structured and leaderless group discussion. , and the actual inspection shall prevail. Generally, structured or leaderless group discussions are adopted, so the specific processes of these two forms are introduced.

structured interview

Structured interview, also known as standardized interview, is an interview method with standardized design in advance in terms of test composition, evaluation factors, grading standards, time control, examiner composition, implementation procedures and score statistics. Examiners talk face to face with candidates in the form of questions and answers according to a set of preset questions, and make corresponding evaluations on their related abilities and personality characteristics according to their speech and behavior performance.

(a) registration lottery: candidates generally need to report to the designated place 10 ~ 30 minutes in advance, and the examination staff will check the candidate's ID card and interview notice and other relevant documents. After that, the candidates draw lots to determine the grouping and entry order. In some areas, group symbols are drawn first, and then sequence symbols are drawn. In other regions, the order of grouping and items is determined at one time, such as: three (1), which means 1 item of the third group. In some areas, such as the civil service examination for central state organs, some ministries and commissions will arrange the examination room number and admission order of candidates in advance.

(2) Waiting for the exam: Candidates enter the waiting area for the exam after drawing lots. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff and need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, lunch will also be sent to the waiting room by the staff to prevent leakage.

(3) Admission: In order, when it is candidates' turn to enter, the guide will go to the waiting room and announce, "candidateNo, please enter. ╳╳╳ ".Candidates arrive at the entrance of the examination room accompanied by the guide and enter the examination room by themselves. Guides are not allowed to call candidates by their names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. The general guide only knows the serial number of the candidate.

(4) Answer: After the candidates enter the examination room, they go directly to the candidates' seats, say hello to the examiner after standing, and only after receiving the instruction of "Please sit down" can the candidates be seated. After taking a seat, candidates generally need to report their own test serial number. After the examiner announces the introduction, the test begins. There are generally two forms in the interview: giving the question book and reading the questions to the examiner. There are generally three questions.

(5) Exit: After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if there are any other supplements. At this time, the candidates generally answer that there is no supplement. The examiner announced the candidates' withdrawal, and the candidates went to the waiting room to wait for their scores.

(6) Scoring accounting: the rater summarizes the examiner's scoring table for the candidates and calculates the score. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review. After being signed by the invigilator and examiner, they are handed over to the staff to announce to the candidates in the waiting room, and some are posted in the waiting room. In some areas, candidates wait for the scores to be announced on the spot before leaving the examination room. This situation applies to the situation that the number of candidates is relatively small, and the waiting room system is implemented in most areas. In addition, the interview results of some units of the central state organs are generally not announced on the spot.

(7) Announcement of results: Generally, candidates are required to leave the waiting room as soon as possible after getting the results, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will.

Leaderless group discussion

Leaderless group discussion is a method of group interview. Candidates are grouped according to the same or similar positions, and each group puts forward their own opinions without organization, and conducts leaderless discussions on given questions and materials for a certain period of time. Examiners sit at a certain distance behind or opposite the candidates, do not participate in the discussion, and only evaluate the candidates' ability and quality according to a set of preset standards by observing their performance in the discussion.

(1) Admission of candidates. Guided by the staff, queue up for admission, and candidates are seated as required.

(2) reading materials. Candidates read the material and prepare to speak.

(3) personal statement. The interviewer reads the introduction, and the candidates think and prepare according to the tips and requirements of the introduction. After the reflection time, the candidates make personal statements to explain their views.

(4) Free discussion. At this stage, candidates can freely participate in the discussion, express their opinions and put forward suggestions to solve problems. During the period, the interviewer only observed each candidate and scored according to the scoring standard, and did not participate in the discussion or give any form of guidance.

(5) summary statement. After the discussion, a group representative will be produced to summarize and state the views on behalf of the group.

(6) Candidates exit. At the end of the interview, the examiner announced the candidates' withdrawal, and the candidates withdrew as required.

(7) scoring. Examiners score according to the candidates' performance, and the examiners sign the report card.
