The proving ground is 20 meters long and 7 meters wide. Sign poles are set 5 meters behind the starting line, with 2 poles in each row, and the distance between the center points of the base of each row of sign poles is 3 meters, with a total of 5 rows; The distance between the center points of two sign posts in each row is 1m, which is 3m away from the same side edge.
The test equipment includes stopwatch, starting whistle, 30m tape measure, 10 marker pole (the pole height is not less than 1.2m) and basketball (in line with national standards).
After the starting (finishing) line, the subjects stand with the ball. After hearing the starting password, they dribble the ball in the direction shown by the arrow and cross the hurdles in turn. After the starter gives the order, the watch starts to time. Only when the subject and the ball return to the starting (finishing) line can the watch stop and the time end.
Every candidate has a chance to take an exam. Record the test results in seconds, accurate to one decimal place. If the second decimal place is not "0", enter 1.
2.volleyball
The length and width are 3 meters, and obvious marking lines are set around the site; A marker for judging the height of the cushion ball is set on the periphery of the site, and the vertical projection of the marker on the ground is 0.5m away from the same side marking line;
The height of markers should be set by considering the counting method of instruments and equipment, volleyball diameter and other influencing factors to ensure that the height meets the requirements; Other matters needing attention in marker setting are determined by each district and county according to the actual situation of the selected instruments and equipment. The test sites for boys and girls should be set up separately.
The test ball is volleyball (soft volleyball is not allowed), with a weight of 230-270g and a circumference of 650-670 mm. The air pressure in the ball meets the requirements of volleyball competition rules.
After hearing the number, candidates enter the examination area, throw the ball in place, and start counting after the first mat is successful. Individual hands are required to continuously cushion the ball, which requires correct hand shape, accurate hitting position and specified height; If the cushion ball doesn't time out, the test ends when the ball lands. If it times out, the test will automatically end after the specified time.
The height (from the ground to the bottom of the ball) of the boys' cushion is not less than 2.35m, and that of the girls' cushion is not less than 2.15m. Only when the method is correct and the height meets the requirements can we calculate the cushion ball. Count the number of cushion balls. The time of each test shall not exceed 1 min. Everyone takes two tests and records the better one.
When the candidate takes the exam, the ball hits the scorer, and the consequences are borne by the candidate; If there is any foul, the instruments and equipment shall stop counting immediately. After the test, the number of cushion balls shall be based on the number recorded by the instruments and equipment at the time of foul.
