2. The materials that individuals need to prepare mainly include: passport, work certificate, qualified work experience, education certificate, certificate of no criminal record, certificate of no bad behavior in their own country, and health certificate at the time of application.
Legal basis: Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration Article 41 Foreigners working in China shall obtain work permits and work-related residence certificates in accordance with regulations. No unit or individual may employ foreigners who have not obtained work permits and work-related residence certificates.
Measures for the administration of foreigners working in China shall be formulated by the State Council.
