The interview process of public institutions: the first step is to select the examiner.
The examiner was determined the day before the interview, and the interviewer and examiner were decided by lot. After the interview training, the selected examiner will have his mobile phone confiscated. The examiner doesn't know which examination room he will go to, let alone where the candidates are from and what the interview position is. The examiner is completely at a loss.
The second step is to choose the examination room.
The examiner will meet again the next day and then draw lots to decide which examination room to go to. The computer draws lots at random, so there is no possibility of manual operation. Candidates' examination room has been confirmed, and they are all waiting for the exam in the waiting area after handing in their mobile phones. After that, the candidates began to draw lots to decide the order of answering questions.
After three times of random sampling, if there are still related households and contacted examiners, this possibility is very slim.
The third step is the interview.
When answering questions, candidates can't reveal their names and families, otherwise they will be disqualified from the interview. That is, if there are related households, they will be eliminated at this level.
It is no use if relatives meet acquaintances after three draws. Interview scoring is to remove a highest score and a lowest score. If your acquaintances give you the highest score, it is also invalid.
