Pay equal attention to literature and science: life education and mental health.
Note: Music, physical education, fine arts and foreign languages (including English and Russian) in primary schools must be related to the subjects of teacher qualification certificate.
Consistent. Teacher qualification certificate is a foreign language subject, which can be declared as a post-subject allowed by liberal arts major in primary schools.
