Derby is a place name relative to horse racing originated in England. Derby's horses are particularly awesome. Every time they win the championship, every horse race becomes a derby between horses, and horses in other places are not ranked first. Later it was called Derby.
Now Derby is extended to the competitions between sports teams in the same city or country.
