If there are different colors of chess pieces on the point next to the straight line, the qi here does not exist. If a chess piece loses all its vitality, it cannot exist on the chessboard.

5. If it is found that the chess pieces under the front have moved during the game, the moved chess pieces should be moved back to their original places with the consent of both parties. When the original location cannot be determined, the relocated people are allowed to move to the location agreed by both parties. If the two sides can't reach an agreement anyway, the referee can judge according to the influence of the mover on the progress of the game:

In the computer-based integral arrangement competition, when both sides cannot be judged as negative because of the indispensable scores in the arrangement, it is allowed to draw lots to decide the arrangement of rounds.

If there is evidence of intentional transfer, the transferor should be judged as negative.

3. The lateness of both parties shall be handled according to the above two paragraphs respectively until both parties are judged as negative. When it comes to the next round of drawing lots, it shall be handled in accordance with the principle of Article 5 of Chapter III 17.

4. If a player is late for a quick chess game with no specified time limit or short specified time limit, he should be absent for seconds on time. Chess players are seated during the countdown and allowed to participate in the competition. If the countdown process ends, the player will automatically lose the game qualification.

5. The countdown to the last 1 minute is overtime, and those who fail to play will be judged as negative in principle. After the start of the game, if the timer is found to be faulty or inaccurate, and the total reading error exceeds 2 minutes per hour (inclusive), the timer should be replaced immediately, and the time should be adjusted according to the time used by both parties. If the error is less than this number, the timer can be changed without changing the time. Unilaterally changing the time reading must be approved by the referee.

9. When the game is suspended, the referee shall record the time spent by both sides in the first half and confirm it by both sides. If the timer is found to be faulty and inaccurate during the continuation of the game, and a written record of the time spent by both sides in the first half cannot be found, it is determined that the time spent in the first half will be shared equally by both sides, and the referee will be educated and punished respectively.
