What is the specialty of your hometown?

For me, "rural flavor" is nothing more than beef noodles.

I come from Gansu. Although I am not from Lanzhou, I like eating beef noodles very much. There are also many beef noodle restaurants in my hometown. People in my hometown also like to get up early and eat a bowl of beef noodles before going to work. Many students who go out to school will come home in a hurry to eat a bowl of beef noodles during the winter and summer vacations.

It is rare to eat authentic beef noodles when studying in other places. Children in Lanzhou know that we only have the name "Beef Noodles" and we can't say "Beef Lamian Noodles".

Beef noodles pay attention to "one clear, two white, three red, four green and Huang Wu", and these five kinds are not called beef noodles. Green garlic sprouts and coriander, and red oil chili pepper make people have an appetite. Take a sip of soup before eating. It's refreshing and moistens the intestines.

Noodles are also classified. What is big, wide and thin, and what is a capillary leek leaf? I prefer to eat thin, because I think it's too thick to bite, just right!

Shanxi has Daoxiao Noodles, Shaanxi has oil noodles, and Chongqing has Chongqing noodles, each with its own merits, but as a "rural flavor", beef noodles are unique to Gansu people.
