The applicant can go to the street housing security office where the account is located and fill in the application review form. The checklist contains instructions and materials preparation list, and the source of public rental housing is arranged by the Municipal Housing Security Office. To apply for public rental housing, the following conditions shall be met: (1) There is no housing in the local area or the housing area is lower than the prescribed standard; (two) the income and property are lower than the prescribed standards; (3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, he has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.
