Bian Xiao has compiled the Regulations on the Administration of Waiting Rooms for Interviews of Civil Servants:

1. The interview candidates and the staff in the waiting room are concentrated in the waiting room for closed management, and other personnel unrelated to the waiting room are not allowed to enter.

2. During the waiting period, the interview candidates must abide by the waiting discipline and obey the arrangement of the waiting room staff. Without the permission of the waiting room staff, they are not allowed to leave the waiting room or make noise in the waiting room.

3. After the interview candidates draw lots, the lottery number shall be handed over to the staff in the waiting room for unified management, which shall be kept confidential before other candidates interview, and the interview order of candidates shall not be disclosed to a third party.

4. The summoner who guides the candidates into the interview examination room during the interview shall not inquire about any information of the candidates who have not been interviewed when handing over the candidates with the staff in the waiting room.

5. After the interview, the candidates who have participated in the interview shall not continue to return to the waiting room, stay and discuss beside the waiting room, and shall not disclose the test questions to other interview candidates in any way.

6. Those who violate the above provisions will be dealt with severely according to the relevant provisions.
