The term "real estate appraisal activities" as mentioned in these Measures includes all kinds of real estate appraisal of land, buildings, structures, projects under construction and overall assets of enterprises, as well as real estate appraisal due to reasons such as transfer, mortgage, urban house demolition, judicial appraisal, taxation, company listing, enterprise restructuring, enterprise liquidation, asset reorganization and asset disposal.
First-class qualification
1. The name of the institution has the words real estate appraisal or real estate appraisal.
2, engaged in real estate appraisal activities for more than 6 years, and obtained the qualification of secondary real estate appraisal institutions for more than 3 years.
3. The registered capital of the limited liability company is more than 2 million yuan, and the investment of the partnership enterprise is more than 6.5438+200,000 yuan.
4. Full-time registered real estate appraisers 15 or more.
5. Within three years before the date of applying for approval of qualification grade, the construction area of the appraised object is more than 500,000 square meters or the land area is more than 250,000 square meters.
