You can completely empty your mind and only feel breathing and sweat. Later, I also found that running can even focus on thinking about a problem, such as the logical deduction of a solution, the outline of an article, and the efficient formation of ideas during running. These are two completely different states, empty or filled. Of course, pay attention to safety!
In the third year, this year, when I ran again, I realized that running had advanced from habit to hobby for me. This feeling is like this. I am looking forward to running, excited when running, and relaxed after running. Back to the sentence at the beginning of the article, a whole hour is probably the maximum time of the day. In this state, there will be several obvious signs of change. For example, if you must buy the color and style of the equipment, you will begin to understand the technical content and different functions of the equipment, and the expenditure on this piece will increase obviously. You have learned a lot about running with your heart, and you will no longer despise the question "Will running calves get thicker" and "Will running hurt your knees" but answer "OK" with a smile. And know what songs to listen to and what rhythm to run. Then you will have the idea of going to many different places with beautiful scenery besides running a marathon.
