At the same time, families with housing difficulties in urban middle and lower income who meet the following conditions can apply for public rental housing:
(a) the applicant has held a permanent residence for urban residents for more than 3 years (including 3 years, of which single family applicants must be at least 32 years old), and other family members must be immediate family members or have legal support and maintenance relationships; (two) the lower-middle income families identified by the civil affairs department;
(2) The family has no self-owned housing or the per capita housing construction area is below 15 square meters (the original housing area less than 2 years after the transfer of self-owned housing is calculated according to the per capita housing area of the existing applicant family), and does not enjoy other affordable housing or public housing;
(three) families who have enjoyed affordable housing or have their own housing should apply again after 2 years of divorce.
Newly employed workers without housing can apply for public rental housing if they meet the following conditions:
(1) Graduated from full-time junior college, technical secondary school and vocational and technical school;
(2) Signing an effective labor (employment) contract (standard text supervised by the human resources and social security department) with the employing unit (registered in this area), working within the urban area of this Municipality, and having graduated less than 4 years;
(4) My parents and I have no self-owned housing or the per capita housing construction area of the family is less than 15 square meters, and have not rented other affordable housing or public housing.
Migrant workers and other migrant workers who meet the following conditions at the same time may apply for public rental housing:
(1) The applicant has continuously paid the endowment insurance for urban employees for more than 1 year or continuously paid the endowment insurance for urban employees for more than 3 years, or continuously purchased the industrial injury insurance for more than 1 year or has purchased it for more than 3 years;
(2) Working in the central area of a town, signing an effective labor (employment) contract (standard text supervised by the human resources and social security department) with the employer (registered in this area) for more than 2 years, or working continuously 1 year;

Two, Neijiang public rental housing application process and steps
(1) Application: The applicant submits a written application to the community where he lives or the community where he applies for a residence permit, and fills in the Application Form for Public Rental Housing in Libo County.
(2) Audit: The community verifies the applicant's family population and housing status by means of shifting files for evidence collection, household surveys, neighborhood visits, letters for evidence collection, etc., and publicizes it for 10 days. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, it will put forward audit opinions without objection.
