First, the recruitment principle
Under the leadership of the county personnel leading group, this recruitment was guided by the county people's social security bureau and the county education bureau, and was specifically organized and implemented by Guzhang County No.1 Middle School. Recruitment adheres to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, and implements the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection. According to the recruitment plan, registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview (trial teaching), physical examination, assessment and employment procedures are carried out.
Second, the basic conditions of recruitment
(a) support the leadership of China * * * production party, love socialism, love education; Law-abiding, good conduct and good professional ethics.
(2) It meets the relevant conditions required by the recruitment position.
(3) Being in good health and having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.
(4) Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review, and those who have criminal records or are suspected of violating the law and are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion may not apply for the exam.

Four. Recruitment procedure
(A) recruitment information release
Recruitment information is released to the public through the website of Xiangxi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Xiangxi Education Network, Guzhang County People's Government Network, Guzhang County No.1 Middle School website and Guzhang TV Station.
(2) Time, method and place of registration
1. Registration time: July 20 14, 20 16, before 6 pm.
2. Registration method: Take the way of on-site registration. Applicants should bring their ID card, the original and photocopy of academic degree certificate, two recent two-inch bareheaded color photos, and the Application Form for Public Recruiters in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province (Annex 2) 1 copy to register in the office of Guzhang County No.1 Middle School (the first floor of Deze Building).
3. Applicants can only fill in one position. Candidates with valid ID cards will receive the Written Examination Admission Ticket from 9: 00 to 17: 00 on July 20th, 2065438.
4. Postgraduates above the master's degree are exempt from written examination and directly enter the trial teaching.
5. Examination proportion: In principle, the ratio of the number of recruitment plans to the number of applicants for each position should reach 1:3 before the examination can be started. If the proportion of the examination is not reached, with the consent of the County Education Bureau and the County People's Social Security Bureau, the proportion of the examination can be appropriately reduced or the recruitment plan can be reduced according to the actual situation.
(3) Examination
The examination takes the form of written examination and trial teaching.
1, written test. The written test consists of two subjects: professional knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of the reported position, with a full score of 100. According to the proportion of professional knowledge accounting for 80% and comprehensive knowledge accounting for 20%, it is converted into a total written test score. Comprehensive knowledge includes pedagogy and psychology. This recruitment examination does not specify a review book.
Candidates with a total written test score of 60 or above are qualified, and those who fail are not allowed to enter the trial teaching assessment. Those who pass the written test will take part in the trial teaching together with those who are exempt from the test according to the ratio of the number of recruitment posts 1: 2 and the total score of the written test from high to low. If the total score of the written test is the same, the trial teaching object shall be determined according to the professional knowledge score from high score to low score. The total score of written test is not directly brought into the trial teaching.

2. Try teaching. The trial teaching is divided into two parts: lesson plan preparation and trial lecture, with a total score of 100 (lesson plan preparation 15, trial lecture 85). Writing lesson plans: time 1 class hour, and the applicant will write paper lesson plans on the spot. The content of the lesson plan is the subject corresponding to the exam, which is temporarily randomly selected from the required 1 teaching materials of each subject by the trial teaching organization unit, and all the trial teachers in the same subject are the same subject. Trial lecture: for the 25-minute classroom teaching, draw lots to determine the trial lecture order, and the trial lecture content is the writing content of the teaching plan.
(4) Physical examination
According to the results of the trial teaching, the physical examination object is determined according to the number of recruitment positions from high score to low score. Those with the same trial teaching results will be ranked from high to low. If the medical examination is unqualified or the candidate voluntarily gives up, the medical examination object will be replenished from the candidates who apply for the position according to the trial teaching results from high to low. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
(5) Evaluation
Those who pass the medical examination are included in the assessment object. The recruitment leading group selects relevant personnel to form an assessment team to specifically consult and assess the applicant's personal files, graduates' performance in school and actual performance. Those who fail the examination will be assessed by physical examination.
(6) Publicity and employment
The written test, interview (trial teaching), physical examination results and confirmed candidates are all announced to the public. After 7 working days of publicity, if there is no objection, go through the employment procedures according to the procedures, sign the employment contract, implement the employment system management, and enjoy the salary and welfare benefits of similar personnel in the recruiting unit. The probation period of the employed personnel is 1 year, and if the employee fails to pass the examination after the probation period, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
