Baizhangyan is located at the southern end of Baigushan, Penghu Town, Yongchun County. The top of the mountain is called Made Mountain, and the temples on the top of the mountain are commonly known as Ma Shi and Ma Si. Because of its unique peaks, there are colorful boulders in front of the temple, which look like candles to the sky. Therefore, it is also called Baizhangyan, which is said to be the place where Ma Xiangu practiced. This temple was built in the Song Dynasty. This is dedicated to the daughter of the horse, often called the fairy mother of the horse.
Baizhangyan has a unique geographical position and steep mountain. It's like a nine-day Range Rover. From a distance, the smoke from the kitchen chimneys and the winding Taoxi in the village are refreshing, and they are known as "Little Mount Tai". The main temple of Baizhang Fairy Mountain is called Princess Hall, which was rebuilt in 1980s. Brick and wood structure, simple and elegant, the temple is finely carved. This temple is dedicated to the immortal mother, whose face has been blackened by years of aromatherapy. During the Cultural Revolution, the Buddha statue was protected by the local integrity cache and survived. There are exquisite bell and drum towers on both sides of the temple. There are two wings on both sides of the main hall, and there is a "crossing fairyland" for tourists to spend the night or pray for fairy dreams. The two colorful boulders in front of the Princess Temple, which are shaped like burning candles, were called "Zhu Tian" in ancient times. The candle is facing the statue of the fairy mother in the temple, lasting forever. Legend has it that the horse fairy became a monk on the basis of this stone candle. At that time, the stone candle was radiant and could be seen for miles.
The middle hall was built in 2000 and opened in August 20001year. Antique building with brick and wood structure. The bagua algae well at the top of the temple is extremely rare both inside and outside the province. The whole nave is magnificent, surrounded by verandahs, and the walls of which are carved with fairy-tale dreams. There are statues of fairy mothers and sisters in the hall, one of which is the Buddha statue that moves by induction. Baizhangtai Baizhangyan near Baizhangtai is very spectacular. From the misty foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, there are thousands of barriers, like ten thousand ladders. This ladder not only reflects the hardships of the old people, but also reflects the hardships of the working people.
Baizhangyan colored stone contains a small amount of gold sand, with veins, turns red after wet water, and turns red and white after drying. According to legend, it was left by Nu Wa Niangniang when she was mending the sky. If sculpture can be used as a bonsai; If you take a small piece indoors, it is a gem to suppress evil spirits and revitalize the family. Xianquan is ten steps away from the parking lot and has a natural spring eye. According to legend, in the Qing Dynasty, Deng Qiyuan, the son of Dehua, went to Masi Temple to burn incense when she was pregnant, and gave birth to Deng Qiyuan here under the forest. After covering the branches, she washed her hands in spring and went to the temple to make incense. When I came back, I could not find my son. The villagers all said, I saw a lady in white holding a baby. When mother Deng came home, she found her son sleeping peacefully in bed and knew it was a fairy mother. Since then, the amount of water in spring has been greatly reduced.
Green red is a colorful boulder in front of the central temple. According to legend, due to Ma Xian's meditation, a colorful rainbow appeared in time and space, reaching to the top of the stone. After Ma Xian sat down, he rose to the fairy-picking world along the colorful rainbow.
