In order to meet the needs of the development of our university, according to the relevant requirements of the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Personnel in Institutions in Hainan Province (No.2011]100), teachers are now openly recruited for the whole country with the approval of Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

First, the number of recruits.

Two. Registration method, requirements and time

1. Registration method: online registration. Applicants should fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Applicants in the Middle School Affiliated to Hainan Normal University on 20 13 (which can be downloaded from the website of the Middle School Affiliated to Hainan Normal University), and then send the qualification examination form to the mailbox of the Office of the Middle School Affiliated to Hainan Normal University (hsfzp @ 163.com).

2. Registration requirements

(1) The subject of the application email and the file name of the attachment must be written in the following format: "name+graduation school+major studied+education background+applied position", and the email with irregular writing format is considered invalid. The applicant shall truthfully fill in relevant information and materials. If the information is untrue, incomplete or wrong, they will be responsible for it. Fraud, once verified, will cancel the examination qualification or employment qualification. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

(2) On-the-job personnel who have not completed the minimum service period need to provide the certificate of consent to apply for the exam issued by their unit.

(3)20 13 fresh graduates should provide relevant certification materials issued by their schools (including their majors and grades).

(4) Each applicant can only apply for one position.

(5) Applicants should keep the contact telephone number left at the time of registration unblocked, so as to inform relevant matters temporarily.

3. Registration time: 20 13 from 9: 00 am on May 29th to 5: 30 pm on June 13.

Three. qualification test

The recruitment leading group office organizes the qualification examination of candidates. After the public registration, the ratio of the number of people who plan to recruit for each position to the number of qualified applicants who have passed the preliminary examination reaches 1: 3, and then the examination can be started. If the proportion is not reached, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly. After the qualification examination, a written "Admission Ticket" will be issued to the applicants who meet the conditions for entering the examination.

4. Process

(1) Prepare the above materials in advance and bind them in order. (The binding of materials is unqualified and will not be reviewed. )

(2) Arrive at the designated place at the designated time and participate in the qualification examination according to the on-site guidelines. (Applicants are requested to know the transportation conditions of the qualification examination place in advance to ensure that they arrive on time.)

5. Announced results: It conforms to the written test personnel list, and our school published it on the website of the middle school affiliated to Hainan Normal University before June 22, 2003.

6. Review of qualification conditions: The interviewer should provide the originals of his/her ID card, admission ticket, graduation certificate, academic degree certificate and other relevant supporting materials according to the qualification requirements of the recruitment position. If the applicant fails to meet the qualification requirements for registration after review, the interview qualification of the candidate will be cancelled, and the written test scores (those who reach the qualified score line or above) will be replenished from high score to low score in turn (time to be determined).

Fourth, organize exams.

Step 2 interview

(1) Participants: The interview candidates for each recruitment position are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score according to the written test results.

(4) Mode: classroom teaching (40 minutes).

(6) Procedure: All the short-listed candidates in the written test draw lots by subject to determine the interview date and order. On the same day, candidates report to the examination room in advance at the unit time (morning and afternoon) and wait for class. Extract the contents of the class 90 minutes before class and prepare lessons at the designated place. The staff will inform them and lead them to the designated classroom. After the interview, the candidate immediately withdrew from the examination room.

(7) Judges: The number of judges in each group is 5 or 7, and they are drawn by lot from examiners and expert database of each school.

(8) Performance evaluation and calculation: The judges scored on the spot with a percentage system according to the scoring rules in the Evaluation Form of Classroom Teaching in Middle Schools Affiliated to Hainan Normal University. Remove the score and the lowest score, and take the average score of the other 3 or 5 judges as the interview score of the candidate. If the interview score is less than 60 points, it will be considered unqualified and will not be hired.

3. Determination of comprehensive score

According to the written test results and interview results, the total score of the exam is calculated comprehensively, and the full score is 100. Among them, written test scores and interview scores accounted for 40% and 60% respectively. When calculating the examinee's score, keep two decimal places. The comprehensive results will be published on the website of the middle school affiliated to Hainan Normal University before July 3rd.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) evaluation and physical examination

According to the comprehensive score, from high score to low score, the candidates are determined according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in each position 1: 1, and the ideological and political performance and moral quality of the candidates are assessed by our school. According to the assessment, determine the candidates for medical examination. The physical examination is organized by our school, and the physical examination standard is implemented with reference to the civil service recruitment standard. If the examination and physical examination are unqualified, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled. Vacant recruitment places can be filled from those who apply for the same position and whose interview scores are above the qualified score line, according to the comprehensive scores of written test and interview from high to low.

Sixth, publicity.

The recruitment leading group will review the candidates to be hired according to the results of examination, assessment and physical examination, and finally determine the list of candidates to be hired, and publicize it on the website of the middle school affiliated to Hainan Normal University for 7 working days. Disputes arising during the publicity period shall be investigated and handled by Hainan Normal University, and the results of the investigation and handling shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in time. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, it is determined to be the person to be employed.

Seven. hire
