What is sunshine?

First, there is absolutely no such key class as ordinary class. They are all parallel classes.

Our primary school and junior high school really don't have it. I have been in the education front for many years, and I still understand this. High school began to be divided into key classes and ordinary classes. The state does not allow compulsory education, and schools will not take risks. )

Second: Generally, men and women are divided into classes according to their grades. The specific operation is not manual, but the computer automatically schedules according to certain procedures.

Of course, those who need to be transferred individually will also be transferred. For example, some twins want to go to the same class, which is convenient for picking up and dropping off, and the school will take care of them.

Third: divide the classes well and try to minimize the difference in performance between each class. (it can't be exactly the same)

This is what teachers are most concerned about, because one of our evaluations is to improve the ranking. For example, if your placement score is sixth and you win the first place in the final exam, you will be promoted to five places, and each place will be rewarded accordingly. If the placement results are first, or the final results are first, there will be a retention prize. Because it's not easy to stay first.

Therefore, there is also a standard for placement, which is to minimize the difference in students' grades.

Fourth: the class teacher of each class is appointed in advance.

Teachers in subjects such as Chinese and mathematics are all set before placement, and they are not allowed to change at will. Teachers generally don't change. It doesn't matter who you partner with or which class you teach. We are all colleagues, all for work. There's no need to be picky.

Fifth, the numbered class list (usually in duplicate) is printed and taught to the school leaders first. Then organize a meeting of the class teacher, and the class teacher draws lots to decide which class the list belongs to.

For example, if the head teacher of class 6 1 draws the No.2 list, then the students on the No.2 list are the students of class 6 1.

Sixth: once the class list is published, no teacher, including leaders, has the right to enroll students or expel a student without permission.

The school will keep a list of classes, and the class teacher will draw one. Once a class is selected, no teacher, including the team leader, is allowed to change students or recruit or expel students without permission.
