Social workers who have not reached the national statutory retirement age, and whose household registration and residence (must hold a residence permit in Jiangxia District and within the validity period) are in Jiangxia District, can apply for the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers in our district.
China citizens within the jurisdiction of Jiangxia District who apply for the qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational school internship instructors in Wuhan Education Bureau will be confirmed on the spot in our bureau.
Applicants who hold valid certificates such as residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, etc., have the same academic qualifications and other requirements and procedures as mainland (mainland) applicants.
Third, the identification conditions
(1) academic standards. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you must have graduated from pre-school education in secondary vocational schools recognized by Hubei Provincial Department of Education and above; To apply for the qualification of primary school teachers, you must have a college degree or above; To apply for junior high school teacher qualification, you must have a bachelor's degree or above.
(2) Putonghua requirements. Those who apply for the qualification of Chinese subject, primary school general practice and kindergarten teachers shall meet the national second-class and above standards. To apply for other teacher qualifications, you must meet the second-class and above standards. Senior teachers in primary and secondary schools, senior lecturers in secondary vocational schools, senior experimenters, special-grade teachers, etc. Can't be used as a basis for exemption.
(3) Physical examination standard. In strict accordance with the "Hubei Province to apply for teacher qualification physical examination standards and methods" (Hubei teacher hair [2002] No.3) provisions. The medical examination time is valid for 2 months from the date of this announcement; The applicant selects any hospital for physical examination from the List of Designated Hospitals for Teacher Qualification Accreditation in Wuhan (attached), and all physical examination items must be completed; The provincial people's hospital is the final inspection hospital of doubt.
(4) Certificate of passing the examination. Four, the teacher qualification steps
(1) Register online. Applicants should log on to China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the specified time and declare from the "Teacher Qualification Applicant Portal". First, register the application account with your real name, then complete the verification or supplement of Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate, academic certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification examination information on the personal information page, download, print, sign and upload personal books, select accreditation institutions and on-site confirmation points, fill in the confirmation declaration information, and submit the accreditation application.
(2) On-site confirmation. Applicants should bring the required materials to the on-site confirmation point selected during online declaration within the specified time to participate in on-site audit and confirmation. Failure to attend the on-site confirmation at the specified time and place shall be deemed as automatic waiver.
(3) Issuing certificates. For those who meet the accreditation conditions, the "Teacher Qualification Certificate" and "Accreditation Application Form" (referred to as "one certificate and one form") shall be served on the applicant within 2 weeks from the date of making the accreditation decision.

(1) upload personal photos and books correctly. China Teacher Qualification Network launched a new certification system this year. Judging from the spring operation, it is still not stable enough. There are occasional errors and omissions in the registration application form generated by the system, and the wrong uploading of books and photos also affects the generation of the approved registration application form. After the online report is successful, the applicant must preview the "Appraisal Application Form" generated by the system. In particular, it is necessary to check: ① whether the photo is in person, clear and registered; (2) Whether the book is intercepted according to the border range, whether the upload is upright, whether the handwritten signature is for me, and whether the time is complete; If the preview finds that the uploading position of the personal book is incorrect and the signature is unclear, you should upload it again. Print 1 copy after the preview is correct, and submit it to the site for confirmation.
(2) After the online application is completed, the applicant shall carry the following materials for on-site examination and confirmation at the specified time and place:

3. 5. Return the information after the online newspaper: ① the original second-generation ID card within the validity period; (2) the original household registration book submitted by the applicant for household registration in Jiangxia District; Original residence permit within the validity period of submission determined by the place of residence.

(3) The online newspaper fails to pass the system verification, such as education, Putonghua certificate, teacher qualification certificate, etc. On-site confirmation requires supplementary submission:

Special note: For academic qualifications (except secondary vocational school qualifications) that cannot be directly compared and verified by the appraisal system, the applicant must submit the China Higher Education Qualification Report (Xuexin.com/Online Application), otherwise it will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted. 2. The original and photocopy of the Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate shall be subject to the inquiry of the national Putonghua training and testing information resource network/certificate, and those that cannot be detected shall not be accepted.

(5) Applicants can only apply for accreditation and obtain teacher qualification certificate every year. Please make online declaration and on-site confirmation according to the specified time, place and requirements. If the applicant fails to complete the application or supplementary materials within the specified time due to reasons such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation institution or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation institution will no longer accept it; When reporting online, the applicant should carefully read the description of the online newspaper, register and authenticate the real name as required, and fill in the information truthfully and accurately. The platform cannot be verified due to false positives or concealment, and the consequences caused shall be borne by the applicant.
(6) After the ideological and moral appraisal form is replaced by a personal book, if the applicant has no proof of criminal record, according to the principle of territorial management, each district will send a letter to the public security organ in its jurisdiction for background check after completing on-site confirmation; Applicants who commit acts of dishonesty, such as practicing fraud and defrauding teachers' qualifications, or have criminal records after being recognized by public security organs will be blacklisted and punished according to law, such as joint punishment for dishonesty and "revocation" and "loss" of teachers' qualifications. If a teacher's qualification is revoked, he/she shall not regain his/her teacher's qualification within 5 years from the date of revocation; Those who lose their teacher qualifications may not re-apply for teacher qualifications.
