East-West Tower 1
The East Tower is called Zhenguo Tower and the West Tower is called Renshou Tower. The two towers are very similar in length, height and age. Both of them have experienced the Quanzhou earthquake without being damaged, and their seismic capacity is not generally good.
2. Kaiyuan Temple
It was built in the hanging archway in the second year of Zetian in the Tang Dynasty, formerly known as Lotus Temple. Later, due to the order of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, a Kaiyuan Temple was built in every state of the country, so it was renamed. The temple is large in scale, spectacular in architecture and beautiful in scenery. It was once as famous as Baima Temple in Luoyang, Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou and Guangji Temple in Beijing.
3. Qingyuan Mountain
Quanzhou Beiguan, the main scenic spot is 3 kilometers away from the urban area. There are many strange rocks and many spiritual springs in its mountains, and it is known as the first mountain in Penglai, Fujian. It is most pleasant to go aboard in spring. There are stone statues of Laozi, pagodas of Master Hongyi and various stone carvings on the mountain.
4. Zhongshan Road
Zhongshan Road in Quanzhou is a traditional commercial street that runs through the north and south of the city. It is an important section of the three front-line protection of the ancient city. Zhongshan Road was selected as one of the top ten historical and cultural blocks in China, a pearl necklace strung together the history of the ancient city. 5. Luoyang Bridge
Luoyang Bridge in Quanzhou is located on Luoyang River in the northeast of Quanzhou. It is the first big bay stone bridge in China and is known as the first bridge on the sea. This is a famous cross-sea stone bridge in ancient times. In the history of Chinese bridges, Mao Yisheng, a famous bridge expert, is known as South Luoyang and North Zhaozhou, and is also known as the champion of ancient bridges in China.
