After entering, an online application commitment dialog box will pop up first. After 5 seconds, click I agree. 5. Click Trademark Registration Application-Registration Application. 6. If the applicant is an enterprise, fill in the name of the enterprise; If it is an individual, fill in the name of the individual; If an enterprise uploads a scanned business license and an individual uploads a scanned ID card, the address of the enterprise applicant should be the same as the business license, and others can be filled in as required. Article 28 of the Trademark Law The Trademark Office shall, within nine months from the date of receiving the application documents for trademark registration, complete the examination of the trademark applied for registration, and if it meets the relevant provisions of this Law, conduct a preliminary examination and make an announcement. Article 29 In the course of examination, if the Trademark Office considers that the contents of the application for trademark registration need to be explained or modified, it may request the applicant to make explanations or modifications. If the applicant does not make explanations or amendments, it will not affect the examination decision of the Trademark Office. Article 30 Where a trademark applied for registration does not conform to the relevant provisions of this Law or is identical with or similar to a trademark that has been registered or preliminarily approved by others on the same kind of goods or similar goods, the Trademark Office shall reject the application without making an announcement.

Article 9. The trademark applied for registration shall have distinctive features and be easy to identify, and shall not conflict with the legal rights previously obtained by others. Trademark registrants have the right to indicate "registered trademarks" or registration marks.
