Excuse me, how to judge whether pesticides are ineffective?

In agricultural production, once the ineffective pesticides are misused, they may not play a preventive role, and may also cause crop damage, resulting in reduced production or even no harvest.

I. Identification of ineffective pesticides

1, dry powder pesticide, if the appearance is wet, it will form a wet mass when held in hand, which belongs to semi-ineffective pesticide; If a soft block is formed, it will all be invalid. Ordinary dry powder pesticides should not absorb moisture and agglomerate. ?

2. For the wettable powder, pour a little pesticide into the container, add a proper amount of water to make it paste, then add a little water and stir it evenly, and let it stand and observe. If the pesticide does not deteriorate, its suspension is good, the settling speed of powder particles is slow, and the sediment is particularly small. On the contrary, pesticides with different degrees of failure or deterioration should be used with caution. ?

3. When using emulsion to identify this kind of pesticide, shake the medicine bottle vigorously, let it stand for about 1 hour and then observe. If delamination occurs, the pesticide is ineffective. In addition, you can put the medicine bottle in warm water and observe it after absorbing heat. If it is a non-deteriorated pesticide, the sediment in the bottle will slowly dissolve or even disappear completely; Otherwise, it is an ineffective pesticide. ?

4. Dilution method: Take 100g emulsified pesticide, put it in a glass bottle, and add 300g water. Shake it hard After standing for half an hour, if the concentration of the liquid medicine is uneven, there is emulsion on it and sediment on the bottom, it means that the medicine is ineffective. The more cream, the worse the medicine. ?

5. Flotation method: Take 1g wettable powder pesticide and sprinkle it evenly in 200ml clean water. If it gets wet and sinks into the water within 1 minute, it is an invalid pesticide, otherwise it is an invalid pesticide. ?

6. Oscillating method: When the emulsified pesticide is separated from the oil, shake the medicine bottle vigorously. If the separation layer still appears after standing for 1 hour, the drug is ineffective. ?

7. Pyrolysis: put the emulsified pesticide with sediment and the bottle into warm water at 50℃. If the precipitate slowly dissolves after 1 hour, the drug has not failed. If the precipitate is insoluble or insoluble, it means that the drug has deteriorated and failed.

8. Suspension method: take 50g of wettable powder pesticide, put it in a glass container, add water and stir evenly. After standing for 10 minute, if the solubility of the pesticide is poor and the suspended powder is coarse, it is an invalid pesticide.
