I. Registration conditions
(1) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

3. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
4. Good conduct;
5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;
7. Have a college degree or above;
8. Have other qualifications required by the position to be hired.
(2) The following persons shall not be registered:
1, who has been criminally punished for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from public office;
3, suspected of violating the law and discipline is under review, has not yet reached a conclusion;
4. There are other circumstances in which laws and regulations stipulate that it is not allowed to hold the position to be hired.
(3) Other requirements:
Servicemen, full-time college students, on-the-job (including probation) civil servants or staff of public institutions are not allowed to participate in this recruitment.
(4) Precautions:

According to the needs of the work, the recruiters are arranged in Shenzhen courts such as Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's Court, and all the recruitment positions are located in Shenzhen. Second, the recruitment process
(1) Registration
Online registration is adopted, and on-site registration is not accepted. Applicants should send the electronic registration form (Annex 2) to the email address (szcourt2015 @163.com). Registration time is from February 20th15, 13, 14:30 to March 20th15, 17:30. The applicant is deemed to have signed up after receiving the reply confirmation email; If you fail to register at the designated registration time, or if you do not receive the confirmation email, it will be regarded as unsuccessful registration and no preliminary qualification examination will be arranged. Applicants can only fill in one position. If you fill in more or don't fill in, it will be regarded as unsuccessful registration and no preliminary qualification examination will be arranged.
The information in the application form filled by the applicant must be true, complete and accurate, and the telephone number and contact address left by the applicant should be accurate to ensure that I can be contacted in time.
The qualifications, degrees and majors of the applicants (referring to the majors indicated on the graduation certificate recognized by the state) must be consistent with the job requirements.
This recruitment does not charge any fees for candidates.
(2) Prequalification
The time for preliminary qualification examination is: 9: 30-11:30 on Monday, March, 2005; 14:30- 17:30。 The place of preliminary qualification examination is the Annex Building of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court13rd Floor, No.6003 Caitian North Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. Applicants who receive the registration confirmation email must arrive at the designated place at the designated time and accept the preliminary qualification examination, and may not be replaced by others. Those who fail to attend the preliminary qualification examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically and will not be arranged for physical fitness test or interview.
During the preliminary qualification examination, applicants should provide the following materials: registration form (signed on the spot during the preliminary qualification examination), second-generation resident ID card, education background, degree certificate (diploma verification certificate is required for education background and degree certificate), certificate of no criminal record, family planning related questionnaire (Annex 3), qualification certificate required for the post and three recent bareheaded blue background 1 inch color photos. The questionnaire on family planning needs to be audited and stamped by the relevant units as required.
Check the originals of various certificates and certificates in the above materials, submit copies, and submit the originals of other materials. Submit copies of all materials except photos. Due to the limited pre-qualification site conditions, it is difficult to provide Internet access, copying and printing services. Please prepare the original and photocopy of the materials required for the preliminary qualification examination before attending the preliminary qualification examination.
Proof of academic degree certificate, certificate of no criminal record, family planning questionnaire, etc. may not be provided in the preliminary qualification examination, but it must be guaranteed in writing that the academic degree certificate is true, has not committed a crime and has not violated the family planning policy, and provided before the qualification review.
The materials provided by the applicant must be complete, accurate and true. If the materials provided are found to be irregular or fraudulent, they will be disqualified from entering the next round.
The preliminary qualification examination is only a preliminary check of the materials truthfully provided by the applicants, and whether their qualifications meet the job requirements is ultimately subject to qualification review, inspection and employment approval.
Those who pass the preliminary examination of the post qualification of judicial auxiliary police are determined to be candidates for physical fitness test, and a notice of physical fitness test will be issued on the spot. Those who pass the preliminary examination of other post qualifications are determined to be candidates for interviews, and an interview notice will be issued on the spot. Those who fail the preliminary qualification examination will be disqualified from physical fitness test and interview.
(3) Physical fitness test
The physical fitness test is tentatively scheduled for March 2065438 17, Shenzhen. Specific arrangements and related requirements shall be subject to the physical fitness test notice. Physical fitness test items are as follows: endurance 1000m (male) and 800m (female), strength push-ups (male) and sit-ups (female).
The standard for passing the physical fitness test refers to the requirements of the Regulations of the People's Court on Judicial Police and the Training Program for Judicial Police of the People's Court. If one of the physical fitness test items fails to meet the standard, it will be deemed as unqualified physical fitness test results and the interview qualification will be cancelled. Those who pass the physical fitness test are identified as candidates for the interview and an interview notice is issued.
Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification examination arrive at the designated physical fitness test waiting center at the designated time with the second-generation resident ID card and sign in. If you fail to arrive at the designated test center to sign in or leave the site halfway without the permission of the person in charge of the site, you will automatically give up and cancel the interview qualification.
(4) Interview
The interview time is tentatively scheduled for March, 2065438 18- 19 in Shenzhen. Specific arrangements and related requirements shall be subject to the interview notice. The interviewer will attend the interview with the second-generation resident ID card and interview notice.
Participants in the interview should arrive at the designated waiting center at the designated time with the second-generation resident ID card and interview notice, and sign in and draw lots. Those who fail to arrive at the designated test center at the specified time to sign in for the lottery or leave the site halfway without the permission of the person in charge of the site will be deemed to have given up automatically and no interview will be arranged.
The interview adopts a structured interview method. The interview results will be distributed on the spot after statistics, and the interview results will be rounded to three decimal places. According to the sequence of job interview results, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the number of places to be recruited for this position. The interview results and medical examination related matters confirmed as candidates for medical examination are tentatively scheduled to be published on the extranet of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court before March 24, 20 15.
(5) Physical examination
Candidates for medical examination must receive the medical examination notice at the designated time and place. The specific arrangement of medical examination shall be subject to the medical examination notice.
Candidates for medical examination should bring the second-generation resident ID card, medical examination notice and 1 recent large-scale 1 inch front bareheaded blue background color photos, and arrive at the designated place for medical examination on time. Those who fail to arrive at the designated place on time or leave the medical examination site without authorization during the medical examination are deemed to have given up automatically.
Physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the newly revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and related revisions. To apply for the position of judicial auxiliary police, in addition to referring to the requirements of the General Standard for Civil Servants' Employment Physical Examination (Trial), their physical conditions should also meet the requirements of the position of people's police in the Special Standard for Civil Servants' Employment Physical Examination (Trial).
After the conclusion of the hospital physical examination is made, if those who fail the physical examination arrange for re-examination, the re-examination will only be conducted once, and the re-examination items are unqualified items. Conclusion The re-examination results shall prevail.
If the medical examination is unqualified, no qualification review and inspection will be arranged.
(6) Qualification examination and inspection
The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court will examine the qualifications of those who have passed the medical examination, focusing on their political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching, and their performance during their study and recruitment, and at the same time verify whether the registration information and related materials provided by them are true and accurate, and whether they abide by the family planning policy. Those who pass the medical examination fail to participate in the qualification review, inspection and provide personal materials according to the specified time and requirements, which is regarded as automatic waiver.
(7) Publicity
Those who pass the qualification review and inspection are determined to be candidates to be hired, and will be publicized on the extranet of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court for 3 days.
In physical examination, qualification review, inspection or publicity, vacancies arising from automatic waiver or disqualification will not be filled.
(eight) to receive a notice of registration
After the expiration of the publicity period, if a complaint is received and it is verified that there are serious problems, it will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion; If there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect employment, the relevant court in Shenzhen will inform you to receive the registration notice after the publicity is over. Failing to collect it at the designated place within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the employment qualification.
(nine) report and sign the contract.
The employed personnel shall report to the relevant courts in Shenzhen at the specified time with the Notice of Registration. The employing unit will sign a written labor contract with the hired personnel in accordance with the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant regulations on the principle of equality, voluntariness and consensus. The salary and remuneration of the employed personnel shall be implemented according to the relevant standards of the employing unit, and the employing unit shall purchase social insurance for the employed personnel according to law.
