Where is the national civil service interview organized?

General national examination interviews are organized by the applicants. Generally, the central authorities are directly responsible for the interview, and the sub-provincial units are responsible for the interview. If you apply at the city and county level, the higher authorities at the city and county level are responsible for the interview. For example, if they apply for a provincial or county-level national tax, then the provincial tax department is responsible for the interview, and the provincial tax department will also interview.

During the interview, the interviewer is generally composed of the staff of the applicant and the staff of the provincial personnel department, who supervise each other. The examiner usually draws lots in the examiner group to determine the examiner candidate, so the interview process is very fair in procedure.
