(2) Examination method: The starting posture is not limited, and you can nail shoes, rubber shoes or run barefoot. Flags and whistles combine to give orders. "Take your positions": the starting flag descends obliquely on the right side of your body, "Ready": the starting flag rises horizontally on the right side of your body, and "Run": whistle at the same time, and the starting flag swings down quickly. Others are subject to the rules of track and field.

Second, the lucky draw: throwing solid balls

(2) Action specification: Before throwing, swing your feet back and forth or left and right, with your body facing the throwing direction. Raise the ball above your head with both hands, then lean back, with your shoulders parallel to the throwing line, and throw the ball forward in the same place. At the same time, the hind foot can take a step forward, or the front and rear feet can cross and change steps. You can't throw sideways, step on the line or cross the line during the whole movement.

(3) Assessment method: A white line is set in the throwing area as the starting throwing line, and each person stands on the starting throwing line and throws three times to get the farthest result. The recording unit is meters: two decimal places are taken. Measure the vertical distance between the trailing edge of the throwing line and the trailing edge of the ball landing point. In order to accurately measure the results, there should be someone who is responsible for observing the landing point of the solid ball. Sing the results when measuring and registering.

The feet in the same place take off and land at the same time, jumping three or five times in a row. In the middle, anyone who holds the ground with his hands, sits on the ground, slides forward with his feet, leaves the ground, and deliberately pauses fails.

3. Inspection method: Each person jumps three times and measures the vertical distance from the back edge of the high jumper to the back edge of any nearest landing point. When registering scores, take meters as the unit and take two decimal places. You can wear spiked shoes, rubber-soled shoes, rubber shoes or barefoot exams. Sing the results when measuring and registering.

(3) Standing long jump

1. Location: The sand in the bunker is flush with the ground. The springboard shall be rubber antiskid springboard or solid wooden board, with the length of 100 or122cm, the width of 20cm and the thickness of wooden board not less than 6cm. The rubber on the surface of the rubber anti-skid springboard shall be close to the board, and shall not be fixed with nails, and the thickness shall not be less than 0.7 cm and not more than 1.3 cm (the springboard shall not be made of pure rubber with excessive elasticity, nor shall it be added to the take-off board. The springboard is buried underground, flush with the ground. The front edge of the springboard and the near end of the bunker shall not be less than 30 cm.

2. Action specification: Stand with your feet naturally parallel behind the jumper, and your toes are not allowed to step on the wire. Both feet take off in the same place at the same time. Don't take off before taking off.

3. Inspection method: Each person jumps three times, and measures the vertical distance from the back edge of the high jumper to the back edge of any nearest landing point, taking the farthest one. You can wear spiked shoes, rubber-soled shoes, rubber shoes or barefoot exams. When registering scores, take meters as the unit and take two decimal places. Sing the results when measuring and registering.

(4) Sprint and long jump

1. Location: The sand in the bunker is flush with the ground.

2. Inspection method: Each person jumps three times, and measures the vertical distance between the front edge of the springboard and the rear edge of any nearest landing point of the body, taking the farthest one. The registration results are in centimeters, and the results should be sung when measuring and registering. Can wear spiked shoes, rubber-soled shoes, rubber shoes or barefoot test. Others are subject to the rules of track and field.

(5) Jump rope for one minute

1, site equipment: flat and hard ground. Use counting skipping rope or ordinary skipping rope after the actual operation is correct (rubber skipping rope is used uniformly in the whole city). A few stopwatches.

2, action specification: one foot or both feet can jump. Every time, the rope on the swing must be on the head and feet once, in the same direction.

3. Examination method: Each person counts the number of skipping ropes in one minute. The invigilator gives the password of "first preparation" and starts the stopwatch at the same time. When preparing, candidates should hold the rope skipping handle and keep their wrists still. Record the number of times completed in one minute and count with three invigilators at the same time.

(6) shot put

1, venue equipment: leveled ground, throwing ring diameter 2.135m. This shot put weighs 3 kilograms.

2, action specification: when throwing the circle, in situ or sliding push, one hand from the shoulder. Don't move the ball under your shoulder or throw it back. After putting the ball, your feet are not allowed to step on the circle line (or touch the board mouth), and all parts of your body are not allowed to touch the ground outside the circle.

3. Test method: Each person pushes three times and gets the farthest score. Records are in meters with two decimal places. Measure the distance from the inner edge of the throwing ring to the ball through the center of the throwing ring after landing. Sing the results when measuring and registering.

(7) Standing vertical jump touching height

1. Location: Draw a tick mark engraved on the wall. (Can be assembled with splint)

2. Action specification: The feet are naturally open, in a semi-squat posture, with the left or right side of the body leaning against the sign ruler, the forefoot of both feet jumping up forcibly at the same time, the upper body stretching, and the left arm or right arm straight up to touch the height. You can't leave the ground before jumping.

The examinee's companion presses the examinee's ankle. When sitting up, touch your knees with your elbow every time.

3. Examination method: The invigilator issues a password of "prepare one together", and at the same time counts the time and registers the number of times completed in one minute. 3. Examination method: Record the number of pull-ups. The invigilator sings the grades every time.

(10) Basketball dribbles back and forth at half-time.

2. Action specification: dribble forward with one hand, don't walk when dribbling, roll the ball and push the ball (don't run up more than two steps when pushing the ball forward).

3. Examination method: dribble from the starting point (the intersection of the half-court center line and the sideline is a circle with a radius of 50 cm in the center of the park) to the basket for shooting, dribble to the other side after hitting, dribble back to the starting point after stepping into the park, and dribble back to the starting point after hitting. After the invigilator gives the password of "ready to start", he will start counting and register the time from dribbling back and forth to the starting point. When dribbling, the fouler should start dribbling again from the foul point and the ball is out of bounds.

(1 1) One-minute basketball shot:

Draw an arc with a radius of 4.2 meters for boys and 2.5 meters for girls with the vertical projection point from the middle point of the iron ring to the ground as the center. Candidates can shoot in any area outside the arc (candidates can only use one ball) and count the number of hits in one minute (excluding the foot line).

(12) One-minute volleyball pass to the wall: (hard volleyball)

Draw a circle on the wall perpendicular to the ground, with 2.2 meters high as the center and 0.75 meters as the radius. Boys draw lines at 1.5m from the wall, while girls draw lines at 1.3m from the wall. After the candidates go online, they pass and cushion the ball continuously in the circle on the wall by volleyball passing or cushion, and count the times of passing or cushion the ball in the circle within one minute (excluding foot pressing).

(13) Kick the shuttlecock for one minute:

Candidates wear ordinary shoes in the range of 1.5m× 1.5m, and kick shuttlecock with any part below the knee joint, and count the number of shuttlecock kicks in one minute (the shuttlecock foot must touch the ground after each shuttlecock kick, which is counted as one time).
