The demolition and resettlement period is 70 years. Resettlement housing is a house built by the government to resettle the relocated households when carrying out urban road construction and other public facilities construction projects. The property rights of resettlement houses are the same as those of ordinary commercial houses. The term of ownership of general civil residential houses is 70 years, so after obtaining the real estate license, the property right of resettlement houses is 70 years.

General demolition resettlement housing transfer process:

1, the parties involved in the demolition * * * and the selection of the evaluation agency. The demolition assessment institution shall be open and transparent, and take the form of voting by the demolished person or drawing lots by the demolition parties;

2. After the demolition appraisal institution is determined, it is generally entrusted by the demolition. The client shall sign a written entrustment contract for demolition appraisal with the appraisal institution;

3, the demolition of the parties to provide demolition valuation information, to assist the valuation agencies to conduct on-the-spot investigation. Conduct on-the-spot investigation on the demolished houses, make records of on-the-spot investigation, and shoot images reflecting the appearance and internal conditions of the demolished houses. The field survey records shall be signed and approved by the appraisers, the residents and the residents;

4. The assessment institution shall publicize the preliminary assessment results of households to the demolished for 7 days, make on-site explanations and listen to relevant opinions. After the expiration of the publicity period, the appraisal institution shall provide the client with the overall appraisal report and household appraisal report of the demolished houses within the scope of entrustment. The client shall forward the household valuation report to the demolished person;

5. If the demolition party has any objection to the appraisal result, it may, within 5 days from the date of receiving the appraisal report, apply in writing to the original appraisal institution for review and appraisal, or entrust other appraisal institutions for appraisal.

Article 12 of the Provisional Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Assignment and Transfer of Urban State-owned Land Use Rights.

The maximum period of assignment of land use rights is determined according to the following purposes:

(a) residential land for seventy years;

(two) fifty years of industrial land;

(three) fifty years of land for education, science and technology, culture, health and sports;

(four) forty years of commercial, tourism and entertainment land;

(five) comprehensive or other land for fifty years.
