operation sequence/order
1. Determine the seed team
Before the draw ceremony, FIFA has identified eight seed teams, which are Brazil, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Belgium and Switzerland. These teams will be assigned to the top seed teams in eight groups.
Draw lots for grouping
The draw is divided into groups, each group includes 4 teams. At the draw ceremony, FIFA President Blatter and Brazilian football legend Pellet will draw lots from four pools where the four teams are located to decide the four teams in each group.
3. Determine the game schedule
