How to manage parking spaces in residential areas?

In order to better solve the parking problem in the community and maintain a good parking order, based on the summary of parking management in the community last year, the customer service center has been communicating and discussing with the owners and relevant departments of the neighborhood committees for the past two months, and has formulated the parking management plan for 2008, as follows:

1. A smart card swipe system is installed at the entrance and exit of the community. Vehicles with fixed parking spaces swipe their cards directly in and out of the community, and they need to swipe their cards again when entering the ground fixed parking lot and underground garage. When temporary vehicles enter the community, they need to apply for a smart card, swipe the card to time, and pay a temporary parking fee before leaving the community.

2. The fixed parking lots (1 No.,No.3, No.4 and No.6) in the residential area are allocated by lottery, the parking lot in the front west section of Building 60 1-603 is designated as No.3 parking lot, and the parking lot in front of Building 614-6 is designated as No.4 parking lot. The allocation of ground parking spaces basically continued the allocation scheme in 2007. At the same time, in order to ensure the orderly parking of the parking lot, an intelligent card swiping system is installed at the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and one car swipes the card.

Third, according to the requirements of fire control, in order to ensure the smooth flow of fire exits, the fixed parking spaces on both sides of the original road (including No.2 and No.5 parking lots) will be adjusted, which will no longer be included in the allocation scope of lottery, and will be changed into temporary parking spaces for owners to move, visit and temporarily park special vehicles, and will be charged by time.

Fourth, due to the opening of the mechanical parking space on the second floor of the underground garage, the parking standard of the underground garage and the normal operation of the vehicle management system are ensured, and the temporary parking space of the underground garage is cancelled.

5. For private cars that have applied for underground garage parking spaces, they can participate in the lottery of fixed parking spaces on the ground. For car owners who delimit the ground parking space and voluntarily give up the underground parking space, they can cancel the parking space lease agreement of the underground garage, and the parking fee will be refunded according to the actual month.

The charging standards for ground parking spaces of intransitive verbs: the notice of Beijing Municipal Price Bureau (J.J.Zi [2002] 194) on adjusting the charging standards for motor vehicle parking spaces in our city, the notice of Beijing Development and Reform Commission on adjusting the charging time unit for motor vehicle parking spaces in our city (Document No.495 of Beijing Development and Reform Commission) and the filing standards approved by District Development and Reform Commission.

Ground fixed parking fee:

Small car-monthly rent 150 yuan, annual rent 1600 yuan.

Large car-the monthly rent is 2 10 yuan, and the annual rent is 2,300 yuan.

Temporary parking fee standard:

Small car-/kloc-0 yuan /2 hours, large car-/kloc-0 yuan/1 hour. /kloc-no charge within 0/hour.
