Timetable of World Middle School Football Championship

The 2023 World Middle School Football Championship will be held in Rabat, Morocco from July 20th to 3rd12023.

There are 19 women's teams from 17 countries and regions and 32 men's teams from 26 countries and regions. China Middle School Students Sports Association will send two teams of men and women to participate in the competition, namely, the women's team 1: Jinan Licheng No.2 Middle School, the women's team 2: Baoding No.1 Middle School, the men's team 1: the middle school affiliated to Tsinghua University, and the men's team 2: high school affiliated to renmin university of china.

On July 27th, 2023, the women's semi-final of the 27th World Middle School Football Championship was held in Rabat, Morocco. The women's football team from Licheng No.2 Middle School in Jinan, representing China, defeated the German women's football team with 1-0, and joined forces with Baoding No.1 Middle School in the final. On July 29th, the women's final of the 27th World Middle School Football Championship was held in Rabat, Morocco. On behalf of China, the women's football team from Licheng No.2 Middle School in Jinan played against Baoding No.1 Middle School. After the game, the women's football team in Licheng No.2 Middle School finally defeated its opponent 2:/kloc-0: 0 and won the championship.

Introduction of activities

The International Sports Federation of China held the 1 championship in Belgium in 1972. After 50 years of development, the tournament has been successfully held for 26 times, and together with the World Middle School Games, it has become an internationally famous brand event of China Sports Federation.

In 2003, China hosted the 18 World Middle School Football Championship. In 2022, FISU initiated the reform of football project, and upgraded the World Middle School Football Championship to FISU Football World Cup, which will be held every two years from 2024. On March 2, 2023, KLOC-0, China Middle School Sports Association and FISU held a signing ceremony in Brussels. China successfully won the right to host three consecutive FISU Football World Cups in 2024, 2026 and 2028.
