I doctors, lawyers and teachers
Teachers: Only university professors, associate professors and assistant professors. Other full-time teachers and other personnel can be issued multiple visas valid for five years.
Materials required for visa:
1, visa application form, passport photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)； on white background);
2. Original and photocopy of passport, ID card and temporary residence permit (residence permit);
3. The original and photocopy of the professional qualification certificate;
4. On-the-job certification.
Two, state-owned and private enterprises as legal persons
Private enterprises: only enterprises with registered capital of 5 billion won (28 million RMB) or more.
Materials required for visa:
1, visa application form, passport photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)； on white background);
2. Original and photocopy of passport, ID card and temporary residence permit (residence permit);
3, state-owned or private enterprise legal person certification materials;
4. On-the-job certification.
3. Hold a bachelor's degree (excluding students) from a Korean four-year university or a master's degree (excluding students) from an overseas university (including China).
Materials required for visa:
1, visa application form, passport photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)； on white background);
2. Original and photocopy of passport, ID card and temporary residence permit (residence permit);
3. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate:
-Korean and overseas graduates: additional foreign academic degree certification (issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education);
-Korean university graduates: diploma.
