Standardize the enrollment behavior of compulsory education schools, and ensure that school-age children, teenagers and children of migrant workers receive compulsory education equally.
fundamental principle
(a) adhere to the principle of free admission and overall planning. All compulsory education schools should conscientiously implement the compulsory education law, and must not organize students within the scope of enrollment to take the exam in any form. They should make overall plans and do a good job in enrollment in strict accordance with the enrollment scope and enrollment indicators.
(two) adhere to the principle of dicing enrollment and enrollment nearby. All compulsory education schools should recruit students strictly in accordance with the scope designated by the county education bureau, and shall not recruit students beyond the scope without authorization, and shall not refuse to recruit normal and third-grade disabled school-age children and adolescents within the enrollment scope of the school.
(three) adhere to the principle of standardizing enrollment and sunshine placement. All schools should strictly implement the "sunshine placement" policy, and must not recruit students under various excuses, and must not divide fast and slow classes or set up key classes.

Student's homework arrangement for forecasting names
On July 4 -5, 20 17, compulsory education schools in urban areas do a good job in predicting students' names according to the enrollment scope (township schools can predict students' names according to this time).
(A) the first grade primary school freshmen forecast name requirements
1. For eligible school-age children within the enrollment scope, the original and photocopy of the following materials should be submitted when predicting their names: (1) Household register of school-age children and their parents (guardians); (2) Property certificate of parents (guardians) of school-age children (or formal purchase contract and payment bill, or purchase contract notarized by notary office).
2. The school shall review, collect and keep the originals and copies of relevant certificates, and fill in the information registration form for freshmen of grade 20 17.
3. Each school should designate a special person to submit the Registration Form of 20 17 Freshman Information and related certificates, the original and copies of which to the Education Unit of the County Education Bureau for examination, careful examination and strict control.
(B) the seventh grade junior high school students predicted name requirements
1.Before July 2, primary schools in urban areas will submit the registration form of sixth-grade students and the list of graduates to relevant junior high schools according to the enrollment scope.
2. When enrolling students in junior high schools in each city, the names are predicted according to the corresponding list of primary school students, household registration books and relevant documents.
Arrangements for children of migrant workers to go to school
If the children of migrant workers need to study in the urban area, they should submit the original and photocopy of the following materials and certificates: parents' application; Household register of school-age children and their parents (guardians); Employment certificate (issued by the migrant workers' unit, labor employment bureau or industrial park management Committee; Relevant certificates of investment and operation in our county). Advocate enterprises to handle relevant procedures for employees in a unified way.
All the children of migrant workers are enrolled in schools with degrees in urban areas under the unified arrangement of the county education bureau. For the openness of the school, the county education bureau will organize a lottery to be fair, open and transparent. Parents will draw lots to decide which school to attend. Parents should bring the above materials and go through the registration formalities directly from July 4th, 20 17 to July 4th, 20 14. The degree will be announced on July 24.
