Structured group interview is a standardized group interview, which requires a group of candidates to answer a group of questions at the same time. After the answers are tied, candidates comment on each other and respond to each other, so as to test the basic ability and quality of candidates engaged in civil service work.
operating procedure
1. Candidates are admitted. Candidates in the same group enter the interview room at the same time with the speech outline, and the candidates are seated according to the lottery number. There are interview papers, draft papers, pens and operating instructions on the candidates' seats. Most examination rooms provide timers.
2. The examiner reads the instructions. The interview is divided into two stages. In the first stage, I take turns to answer questions. The second stage is the mutual evaluation of candidates. The examiner will guide you to start these two stages in turn, but the specific process of each stage is carried out by the candidates themselves, and the examiner will generally not guide you.
3. Take turns to answer questions. Candidates answer the questions one by one in the order specified in the interview questions. Note: The time for each candidate to answer each question is generally less than 2 minutes.
4. Candidates' mutual evaluation stage. Candidates will comment on the answers of all other candidates in turn according to the speaking order specified in the interview questions. After the comments, other candidates will respond in turn.
