Activity time registration time: March 9-March 13.

Competition time: 2 pm on March 14.

Venue: Audio-visual room on the third floor of the Fifth Education Institute.

Target audience: all students of Foreign Languages Institute.

Activity flow: Before the competition: March 13 at 5: 30 pm, all the contestants draw lots at Wujiao316 to determine the order of appearance.

During the Olympic Games:

1. The host explained the background of the activity and read out the competition links and scoring rules.

2. During the competition, each player has to go through two stages: impromptu speech and live question and answer. * * * The score is 10 (the speech content is 4 points; Language expression 4 points; Comprehensive impression 2 points). The competition adopts on-site scoring method, and the jury is composed of outstanding teachers in our college.

(1) On-the-spot topic selection Each contestant takes the "topic" of "impromptu speech" five minutes before going on stage. * * * There are four "topics".

(2) The impromptu speaker will give an impromptu speech around the topic he drew before taking the stage, and the time is 2 to 3.5 minutes.

(3) The judges are asked by the judges' teachers to the contestants (the judges' teachers can ask questions according to the topics in Selected Topics of Spoken English), and then the contestants answer. The answer time should not exceed 1 min 45 seconds.

(4) During the art performance competition, wonderful talent shows brought by students of art departments from other colleges are interspersed.

(5) The judges will comment on the contest.

(6) The host announces the result of the game and the game is over.
