From July/KLOC-0 to July 6, three consecutive working meetings were held for all government officials and cadres of the two committees of Zhongyuemiao Village to arrange the relocation and resettlement of Zhongyuemiao resettlement community. Through various forms of publicity and mobilization, we should unify our thinking, raise our awareness, enhance our professional ability and actively and solidly carry out our work. Second, it is highly organized. Zhongyue Resettlement Headquarters has set up eight working groups, namely, comprehensive coordination group, fund accounting group, policy consultation group, rent selection group, housing management group, letters and visits maintaining stability group, security guarantee group and logistics support group, so that the resettlement work can be carried out smoothly and effectively. The third is to ensure time. Government officials insist on arriving at their posts at 6: 30 every day, and the staff work hard according to their respective division of labor, without shirking or slacking off. Fourth, effective measures and adequate preparation. The housing agent of each household should choose the apartment type in advance and prepare multiple sets of alternative houses. It takes no more than 5 minutes for each agent to choose a house, which improves work efficiency. The fifth is to follow the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and transparency. Post and publicize the list of house selection personnel of each group, the flow chart of house selection and the instructions for house selection, and invite party representatives, deputies to the National People's Congress and CPPCC members in the jurisdiction to supervise the whole process of house selection to prevent fraud. Due to effective measures, adequate preparation, adequate supervision and sufficient time, every household can easily choose a house and sign a contract happily. According to the current work progress, it is expected that the relocation and resettlement of Zhongyue Temple will be completed in July 10.
