In order to further implement the requirements of the central, provincial and municipal governments on the real estate market, adhere to the positioning of "staying without speculation", fully implement the goal of "stabilizing land prices, stabilizing housing prices and stabilizing expectations", and effectively promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in our city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the implementation of real estate linkage. On the basis of refining the grid and reasonably determining the land price, the hot spots implement the real estate linkage mechanism of "limiting the house price, limiting the land price, competing for construction and competing for self-sustaining". Before participating in the auction of commercial residential land, bidders should sign a letter of commitment to understand the linkage mechanism and rational bidding of the land to be sold, and the letter of commitment should be included in the land transfer contract.
