1. Please bring the property right exchange agreement, the original and copy of my ID card to the delivery site of Xiabeili Ximen to go through the relevant formalities.
Second, the temporary resettlement fee for the resettlement households in this community will be paid until June 30, 2022; The property fee of this community shall be borne by the resettlement households from September 1 2022.
3. The centralized delivery date is from June 27, 2022 to June 29, 2022, and the delivery procedures are handled from 8: 30 to 17: 00 every day.
Delivery date and building number arrangement:
According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements and delivery arrangements, only the corresponding delivery building number will be handled on the same day. Please arrange the time reasonably. Resettlement households who have not completed centralized house delivery settlement, please collect the settlement list from the second floor of New World Hotel within working days after centralized house delivery; Go to the resettlement housing settlement service center to handle the payment and billing procedures.
4. The purchase of parking spaces will be notified separately.
