The signature on the IOU is not my own signature, but a witness and a bank receipt. Is the loan fact valid?

1. The signature on the IOUs is not my signature. The main problem is that you are not sure whether the other party signed it. As long as it is signed by the other party, the debt is valid regardless of whether it is signed by myself or not.

2. A witness proves whether the IOU is signed by himself, and the witness is invalid. The witness saw it with his own eyes at the scene where the loan relationship occurred, and the witness and the creditor could not be related.

3. The bank receipt can prove that there is money exchange, but it cannot prove the fact of borrowing alone. If you can attach a valid IOU, you can basically prove the fact of borrowing.
