Jingdezhen Confucian Temple, commonly known as Confucius Temple, Confucius Temple and Confucian Temple, was originally named Wenxuan King Temple, also known as Gong Xue. The Confucian Temple is located in Jingyang Town, Jingde County, Anhui Province. It was built in the first year of Chongning in the Northern Song Dynasty (1 102). After five times of destruction and reconstruction, it was finally rebuilt in the second year of Qing Shunzhi (1645). Jingde Confucian Temple is a place where Confucius is worshipped in Jingde County since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and it is also an educational place for the sages of France, Confucianism and Xinghua. In 20 13, Jingdezhen Confucian Temple was listed as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council.
