(1) Determine the grouping scheme. On 202 1, our school plans to enroll 856 students, excluding 3 preppies and 853 lottery students. 280 1 person actually participated in the lucky draw, and 2796 people actually participated in the grouping (excluding 5 pairs of twins). Because the enrollment plan and the number of applicants are difficult to reach an average grouping, they are divided into 49 groups by scientific calculation, including 46 groups with 57 people and 3 groups with 58 people. According to the document, the 15 group will adopt the lottery method, and the actual number of effective applicants is between 855 and 858 (excluding another pair of twins), which is in line with the principle of lottery admission. Because it is difficult to achieve an average grouping between the enrollment plan and the number of applicants, the enrollment number is slightly larger than the enrollment plan.
(2) Randomly grouping on the morning of July 3rd. Under the guidance of Baohe District Education and Sports Bureau, our school adopted the grouping system approved by Hefei Education Bureau to realize computer random grouping. Discipline inspection and supervision organs, NPC deputies and CPPCC members were invited to supervise the scene and recorded the whole process with two machines. After the grouping is completed, the personnel of the discipline inspection and supervision organs will seal the grouping data on the spot and announce it to the public through our campus network and Hefei online registration system in time. Before July 4th, parents can check the student grouping through the "My Registration" port in the online registration system. At 9: 00 am on July 4th, under the guidance of Baohe District Education and Sports Bureau, an off-line lottery was held, and Zheng Heng Notary Office was invited to conduct on-site notarization.
At the same time, the Municipal Education Bureau, discipline inspection and supervision organs, NPC deputies, CPPCC members and parents' representatives are invited to supervise on the spot. Wang Lin presided over the lottery process, and Hong Zhiyuan and Yang, representatives of our school, served as on-site lottery representatives. Each delegate should wear gloves when drawing lots, and randomly draw a signature from the number box at a time and show it to the notary office and the on-site representative. All students are admitted to each group until the number of students participating in the enrollment plan is selected.
