Second, the rules of house selection
1. In order to ensure fairness, justice and openness, this public rental housing allocation activity is supervised by Taizhou Haicheng Notary Office.
2. At most 2 people from each household will participate in the rent allocation activities, of which 1 is the main applicant (with the original ID card); If the applicant's family is unable to be present, other natural persons with full capacity for civil conduct may be entrusted to participate in rent allocation activities and go through relevant formalities (a copy of the main applicant's ID card, the original ID card of the trustee and the power of attorney stamped by the community must be brought).

Fourth, the rent standard.
Approved by the district price department, the public rental housing security object in our district collects rent according to the gradient, including:
(1) For low-income families and families with poor employees whose per capita housing construction area is below 15 square meters, the rent standard is per square meter per month (construction area, the same below) 1.5 yuan.
(2) For urban families whose per capita monthly income is less than 2,000 yuan (inclusive), the rent standard is 6 yuan per square meter per month.
(3) Houseless families in cities and towns with a per capita monthly income of more than 2,000 yuan (excluding) and less than 3,200 yuan (including), as well as migrant workers and newly employed houseless workers, the rent standard is per square meter per month 10 yuan.
