The judges pay more attention to whether the candidates have the ability to control the classroom, whether they can have a broad vision in the teaching process, and will not care too much about whether every sentence is the same as the teaching plan.
Teaching interview process
1. Waiting for the exam: Candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and identity documents, and enter the waiting room for the exam.
2. Topic selection: according to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the "interview evaluation software system" and the computer will extract a set of test questions from the test database. Candidates can choose one of the questions, and the system prints the lesson preparation test paper and question list.
3. Lesson preparation: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation papers and test papers, write lesson plans (or demonstration activity plans), and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.
4. Answer the prescribed questions: The examiner randomly selects two prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes.
5. Trial lecture (simulation class): Candidates try to give lectures according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan), 10 minutes.
6. defense: the examiner will ask questions around the content and test items of the candidates, and the candidates will defend for 5 minutes.
7. Scoring: The examiner group comprehensively scores the interview performance of the candidates according to the scoring standard.
