The booking time for this ticket sale is from July 26th morning 10 to August 26th afternoon at 5pm. Yuan Yue, director of the ticketing center of the Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee, said that the ticket prices for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asian Games ranged from 1.600 yuan to 6,800 yuan, and those for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Asian Paralympic Games ranged from 50 yuan to 1.000 yuan.
This ticket sale is not based on the old rule of "first come, first served", but on the principle of "application for payment first, then drawing lots". "This means that during the booking period, no matter which day you apply for payment, you can get the same lucky draw," Yuan Yue said. "However, each person is limited to two tickets per session."
During the ticket booking period, the public can log on to the official ticketing website of the Asian Games for online booking, or choose to submit a reservation application at 400 official ticketing outlets of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (including Macau). Within one month after the deadline for booking applications, the Asian Games Organizing Committee will draw lots for tickets.
