Hui 'an Keshan Forest Park covers a total area of 2.2 square kilometers and is the only leisure park in Hui 'an County. It was rated as a provincial forest park and the first batch of scenic spots in Quanzhou.
The whole park mainly includes two relatively independent and interrelated scenic spots, Keshan Temple and Heping Temple, two small reservoirs with a total storage capacity of 650,000 cubic meters, and 25 mountain landscapes with different characteristics and sizes. Mountains and rivers complement each other. There are abundant stone resources here, and the huge stones are unique in shape, unique in shape and lifelike. There are many kinds of plants in the region, with a green coverage rate of 67.4% and a pleasant climate. The cultural landscape and historical sites in the park have strong local characteristics. Keshan Temple, built in Song Dynasty 1083, has well-preserved cliff stone carvings in Ming, Qing and modern times. Pingshan Temple was built in the period of Hou Liang in the Five Dynasties and rebuilt in the late Ming Dynasty. The Pingshan Temple Tower, which was built in the third year of Yuan Dynasty (A.D. 1335), still exists today, and it was even more spectacular after reconstruction in the late 1980s.
According to the scope and characteristics of the park land, the overall layout of the park is divided into nine functional areas: stone culture series functional area, Hui 'an female tourism and holiday series functional area, wood culture functional area, religious culture functional area, monument to the people's heroes, children's entertainment functional area, camping and holiday forest green culture display functional area and water culture display area. Among them, Hui Quan Waterfall, Jinxiu Pavilion, Keshan Soul, Dragon Maiden, Baishi Garden, Lotus Pagoda, Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, etc. Set up four main tour routes and arrange continuous scenic spots accordingly. At the same time, plants in different seasons are arranged according to the functional layout.
