The positions of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in the national examination are mostly for fresh graduates, and the interview process is mainly divided into five links: examination and lottery, interview and waiting for the examination, starting to answer questions, candidates leaving the field and scoring.
According to the relevant provisions of the national civil service examination, if the number of people participating in the interview and the number of people to be hired reach 3: 1 or above, the candidates for investigation and physical examination will be determined in the order of high comprehensive scores after the interview.
The comprehensive score is calculated as follows: the total score (converted into a percentage system by 1: 1) in the written test of public subjects, 25% in the written test of professional subjects and 50% in the interview.
If the ratio is less than 3: 1, candidates can enter the inspection and physical examination only if their interview scores reach the interview qualified score line, and the interview qualified score line is 60 points (calculated according to the percentage system).
