First class and business class air tickets (including discounted first class and business class space) are free of refund fees;
Y-80 discount charges a refund fee of 5% of the face value;

50%-40% discount will charge a refund fee of 30% of the face price;

20% refund fee will be charged for 65%-50% discount;

Return from T-cabin: one section has been used and the other two sections have not been used, and 30% will be returned.

Voluntary refund:
F and Y cabins charge a refund fee of 5% of the face value;
Cabin B (10% discount)-Cabin K (20% discount) will be charged a refund fee of 10% of the face price;
A refund fee of 20% of the face value will be charged for the L cabin (75% discount) -T cabin (55% discount);
The V-R cabin will charge a refund fee of 50% of the face value (50% off).
Involuntary refund: all tickets are refunded at the place of origin, and all tickets for unused segments are refunded at the stop, but the amount does not exceed the original ticket, and no refund fee is charged.
The refund is irrevocable.
Provisions for voluntary change: (change of equivalent shipping space)
Cabin F and Y can change the flight and date freely;
Cabin B (10% discount)-Cabin K (20% discount) is free to change the flight and date once, and a change fee of 5% of the face price is charged for each change;
L cabin (75% discount) -T cabin (55% discount) is free to change the flight and date once, and a handling fee of 10% of the face price is charged for each change;
V cabin (50% discount) -R cabin (40% discount) will be charged a change fee of 20% of the face value every time the flight and date are changed.
Provisions on voluntary change: (change of different shipping spaces)
Downward: voluntarily refund the ticket, buy a new ticket, and do not charge the change fee;
Upgrade: the original ticket will be refunded in full, and a new ticket will be purchased without refund fee or change fee.
Involuntary change: the difference between fare, excess baggage fee and other service fees caused by passenger arrangement measures shall be refunded more and replenished less.
Transfer with discount less than 10% is not allowed.
Shenzhen airlines
F cabin-20% discount (inclusive) and 5% refund fee;
75%-60% discount (inclusive) fee 10% refund fee;
30% refund fee will be charged for 55%-40% discount (inclusive);

Sichuan Airlines
Refund and confirmation:
First class and business class are exempt from refund fees;
Y cabin-20% discount and 5% refund fee;
75% -55% discount 10% refund fee;

Discounts below 40% are not allowed to be refunded.
About rearrangement:
F- 10 90% discount can be rescheduled for free.
75%-55% discount can be exchanged once for free, and a rescheduling fee of 10% of the face price is charged for each ticket exchange.
50%-40%. Every change will be subject to a rearrangement fee of 20% of the face value.
Every change under the 40% discount will be charged a rearrangement fee of 30% of the face value.
With regard to signature and transfer:
F, c and y cabins are allowed to sign and transfer.
Signing and transfer are not allowed under 10% discount.
About openness:
Hatches f, c and y are allowed to open.
90%-80% discount is not allowed to be opened, and the return trip is allowed to be opened.
Not open under 75% discount.
Change of transfer ticket in cabin b:
Only suitable. On the premise that the same cabin corresponding to the unused flight segment is open, if the ticket-purchasing passenger proposes to change the flight, the passenger can change the flight separately or at the same time. The change fee is charged at 20% of the paid price of the products in the round-trip cabin and the connecting cabin. All special price product changes are only handled at the ticket office directly under Sichuan Airlines or the designated agency of Sichuan Airlines, and it is not allowed to change the flight segment. The change is limited to the flight number, date and time, and the time interval before and after the change shall not exceed 72 hours; If the above preconditions are not met, you can only refund the ticket.
Refund of the joint flight of cabin B: it shall be handled at the original ticket issuing place, and the first flight segment shall not be returned alone; When not in use, it is not allowed to retreat any leg behind the front leg. Otherwise, it will be treated as a full voluntary refund.
Voluntary refund for individual passengers:
1. All the air tickets are unused: for products with special round-trip and connecting cabins, a refund fee of 30% of the paid-up price will be charged before take-off, and 50% of the paid-up price will be charged after take-off.
2. The ticket has been partially used: after deducting the published standard freight rate of Y cabin of each used flight segment according to the paid price, if there is any balance, the balance shall be calculated according to the above "1".
After the refund fee is charged according to the corresponding regulations, the balance will be returned to the passengers; If there is no balance, it will not be replenished or refunded.

Refund and confirmation:
Free refund fee for first class;
5% refund fee will be charged for Y-8 discount;
75% -55% discount 10% refund fee;

G cabin (that is, the transfer engine room) does not retreat.
Children, infants, disabled soldiers and disabled police in economy class do not charge refund fees.
K-class return: according to the cabin policy corresponding to the average discount of two flights, the passengers who used one flight segment but did not use the other flight segment will be refunded.

Change the rules:
Free change of F cabin, Y-20 discount.
75% -55% discount, change it for free, and charge 5% for another change.
Free change of 50%-40% discount once, and change of 10% change fee again.
The 30% discount cannot be changed.
When the G cabin is open, you can change it for free.
When the K cabin is open, you can change it once for free, and a change fee of 5% of the full fare will be charged for the second change.

Ticket change:
(including F-30 discount): the corresponding shipping space is free of change fee; If the corresponding shipping space is not listed in the original ticket, the upgrade fee will be used as the change fee.
Cabin B of team ticket: charge 10% of the face price as the change fee; If the corresponding shipping space is not listed in the original ticket, the upgrade fee will be used as the change fee. The discount below 3.5% (inclusive) remains unchanged.
Ticket refund:
(including F-30 discount): One-way ticket is free of refund fee.
Group ticket cabin B: 50% of the face price will be charged as the refund fee. No refund is allowed if the discount is less than 3.5% (inclusive).
Huaxia Airlines
Ticket change:
The change of Y cabin is free of change fee.
10%-20% discount: the handling fee is charged at 5% of the face price; If the corresponding spaces are not listed in the original ticket; Upgrade the replacement card fee as the change fee.
75%-6% discount: the handling fee is charged at 10% of the face price; If the corresponding spaces are not listed in the original ticket; Upgrade the replacement card fee as the change fee.
