Civil servant interview

There are two main forms of civil servant examination interview, namely structured interview method and leaderless group discussion method. As for other forms, such as scenario simulation, file basket, etc., they are rarely used and can be almost ignored. Therefore, we will focus on the structured interview method and the leaderless group discussion method.

First, structured interviews.

Concept explanation:

Only one candidate enters the examination room at a time, and usually asks the examiner the form of the candidate's answer. There are 5-9 examiners, including examiner 1 person, who usually ask questions for the examiner. Under special circumstances, there are assistant examiners asking questions, but the total number of questions is 3-5.

According to the comprehensive analysis, speech expression, emotional control, adaptability, organization and coordination, interpersonal communication, manners and etiquette, job hunting motivation and personal ability matching the position, the score is scored.

Example of real questions:

1. Why did you apply for our department?

What will you do if your colleagues speak ill of you?

What do you think of the current high housing prices?

4. Organize a group activity. How do you organize it?

You were talking to the leader when suddenly a group of people rushed in and accused you of inaction and misconduct. What would you do?

Second, there is no leading group to discuss the interview.

Concept explanation: 6- 10 people interview at the same time, the examiner gives questions, and the candidates who participate in the interview discuss freely in groups, and finally form a consistent result. Generally speaking, before the free discussion, each candidate will have a period of time to state his personal views.

Example of real questions:

1. Please read the following materials and think about the questions raised after the materials. It is best to draw up an outline of the speech for discussion.

Topics discussed in the morning:

Should psychological catharsis be established in middle schools? Put some little fur coats in the vent room, and middle school students can vent their psychological pressure in the vent room.

Excuse me: which of the above views do you agree with? And state your reasons.

2. "No leading group discussion" candidates notice

(1) After the examiner asks questions, the first candidate can think for 2 minutes and write an outline.

(2) Each candidate is limited to 2 minutes, and speaks in turn to clarify his basic views in the order of drawing lots.

(3) After speaking in turn, candidates can have a free debate; Candidates can change their original views during the debate, but they must clearly state new ones.

(4) After the debate, the candidates will hand over the prepared speech outline and draft paper to the examiner (or examiner), and the candidates will leave.

hope this helps
