Under the guidance of the staff, candidates can extract questions from the computer system and print a list of questions. Generally, only one question can be selected, and kindergarten teachers can choose one of the two questions for a trial lecture.
3. prepare lessons. Candidates go to the lesson preparation room with a printed list of questions, and the staff will give them an A3 paper as lesson preparation paper. After the examination room staff told the candidates that they could start writing lesson plans, the time was 20 minutes. The examiner extracts 1-2 questions from the question bank, informs the candidates of the questions and asks them to start answering them. Candidates answer orally for 5 minutes. Structured problems include five categories, namely interpersonal communication, emergency response, organization and management, self-cognition and comprehensive analysis. Everyone will have corresponding answering skills and strategies.

Examiner: Candidates, do you think you can explain this knowledge point to the students clearly?
Candidates: I will let the students find simple knowledge to learn by themselves first, then let the students discuss the more difficult knowledge in groups, and then I will guide them to master these knowledge through repeated study. Moreover, the use of multimedia teaching in my teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning and improve classroom learning effect, which is in line with the new curriculum reform and the current students' learning situation, so I think this kind of teaching can not only teach students knowledge, but also teach them more things.
7. Score. The interviewer scores on the spot according to the candidates' performance, records the relevant scores and submits them to the interview evaluation system.
